D & S Contracting Ltd. built our new home in Bridgewater. After several years of looking for a new home to fit our needs, and talking to the different contractors, we discovered a D & S Contracting Ltd. sign on a new home in Bridgewater.
We contacted D & S Contracting and told them of our plans and needs. We were shown different plans that they thought would fill our needs. A contract was signed, construction started, and we were amazed with how smoothly things progressed. We were really impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship in our new home. D & S were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Our home was completed, finished, and ready to move in three days before the closing date. We had no overruns, and it actually was under the contract price.
For anyone who is considering having a new home built, we highly recommend D & S Contracting Ltd. Their workmanship and professionalism is second to none. We are very happy and take pride in showing our new home.

When asked to describe our experience of having our home built by D & S Contracting, the words 'very positive' come to mind. The end product exceeded our expectations. Not only did we get our home (the one we planned and wanted), but it was built, not without some frustractions, on time and within budget. D & S worked with us every step of the way.
With regard to after move-in service, we only had one issue which had to be addressed near the end of the two year warranty period, and the problem was repaired to our satisfaction.
Would we build with D & S again? You bet we would (if we were ever to build again). Would we recommend them? We already have -- to four couples who have also chosen D & S Contracting.
